| We tested this pad on a stock EVO 8 around Putnam Park road course, which is rated as a medium to heavy braking track. With over 60 laps in 10-15 lap sessions of hard driving, these pads never showed signs of fading. Our test driver said the pedal feel and brake modulation where fantastic, and he preferred their performance and feel over the Hawk HPS pads we ran before. These pads make no noise, produce little dust, and are very easy on rotors. We recommend this pad for street/track cars that attend track days and that have mild horsepower upgrades. If you're using R-compounds tires and making some serious power we'd suggest a more aggressive track pad, which of course has drawbacks for every day street use.
