Shepherd Racing Transmission for Mitsubishi EVO VIII/IX

Shepherd Racing offers two different variations of transmissions for the Mitsubishi Evolution 8/9. There is the Stage 1 for street/strip use and Stage 2 geared more for higher horsepower applications and track use.

Features

Stage 1:

We take a new EVO trans and modify it to the same specs as our street strip trans. We have several gear ratio choices available some at no additional charge. We can normally ship new transmissions out in 3-5 days.

New throwout bearing
New clutch fork, pin and return springs
New speedometer gear and sensor
New slave cylinder and line

Option - $1100 4.11 final drive upgrade
Option - $80 REM ISF ® process (sliders only)
Option - $250 REM ISF ® process (gearset assembly)
Option - $150 Double synchro 5th gear option
Option - Revised ratios available (contact us)
Option - $450 6spd to 5spd conversion kit (must be purchased with a new or rebuilt transmission)

Stage 2:

This is a new transmission with revised ratios that allow for perfect rpm drop for each gear.

Option - $150 REM ISF ® hub/sleeves and shifter rails
Option - $250 REM ISF ® gearset with rails and hub/ sleeves
Option - $60 REM ISF ® sleeves
Option - $150 Double synchro 5th gear option
Option - $1100 4.11 final drive upgrade
Option - $450 6spd to 5spd conversion kit (must be purchased with a new or rebuilt transmission)
