The main components of the Red Alpha Cold Air Intake System are the sealed cold air intake boxes. Our SnailWorks© Engineering Team knows that heat is the biggest power robbing factor that plagues other inferior intake systems. That is why they designed the Red Alpha air boxes to seal out blistering engine bay temperatures. They then took advantage of your car’s existing intake cowl that funnels fresh air into the intake boxes by designing air box openings that match up perfectly to its air ducts. Our Engineers did not stop there. When they focused on the other system components they found even more places to improve the design.

Your VR30 twin turbocharged engine does not use the typical air to air front mount intercooler (FMIC) you may be used to. Like many modern turbocharged vehicles the INFINITI Q60+Q50 3.0L use coolant to cool the intake air charge through an air to water heat exchanger. While this method may be sufficient for a stock vehicle under ideal conditions, it can quickly become heat soaked robbing horsepower.
Through extensive testing, we found the factory INFINITI heat exchanger restricts coolant flow. This restriction slows the flow of coolant though the air to water intercooler minimizing the cooling of your intake air.
The Red Alpha 3″ Full mandrel bent downpipes are the best performing and most durable on the market. During testing our shop Q60 with our Red Alpha Full Downpipes, and Red Alpha Tune, our Engine Calibrators saw 20 horsepower gains over our lower downpipes and no CEL’s! The power came on earlier and the twin turbos spool-up was significantly improved. The long gradual transitions within the mandrel bent pipe section allows exhaust gasses to maintain velocity without a buildup of back pressure inside of the system. We were able to design a superior product because of our superior engineering.
The Red Alpha Full Downpipes feature heavy gauge stainless steel to retain as much heat in the down pipe as possible. Our Engineers 3D printed the downpipes to ensure an OEM level of fitment. Our threaded O2 sensor bungs allow the use of factory O2 sensor. Our downpipes perform better and are not prone to cracking like the alternatives offered by some of the competition. By choosing the “race only” option in the drop down menu you will receive non-catted full downpipes that are intended for off-road race track applications only.

Introducing the Red Alpha VR30 RA338 High Pressure Fuel Pump Kit. It’s simple, if you want to make more power you are going to need more fuel. This pump features high quality all stainless steel construction. Use of the laser welding process insures that any potential leaks are non existent. The pump comes complete with direct fit hardware kit. Like all Alpha products construction and performance are of the highest measure.

Through the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) the Red Alpha High Pressure Fuel Pump mapping shows the optimized fuel flow trajectories. Our pump piston diameter yields an incredible rate of 338 LPH!

The Red Alpha VR30 RA338 High Pressure Fuel Pump Kit upgrade utilizes OEM-type low and high pressure fittings. This kit removes the guesswork and custom fabrication that was necessary to install the low pressure pump. Like all Alpha products construction and performance are of the highest measure. The AMS Red Alpha is the perfect solution to upgrading your INFINITI’s LPFP. Our Engineers designed billet aluminum brackets for an OEM level of quality that eliminates the use of pieced together safety wire. Our kit utilizes the stock fuel filter and basket.
Run race gas (E-85) straight from the pump! With the Red Alpha Flex Fuel Kit you can run fuels or any mixture of fuels with an ethanol content rating from 93 octane to E85. Our flex fuel system’s ethanol sensor and electronics instruct your vehicle’s ECU on how to adjust parameters like fueling, boost, and timing to produce the most power possible for a given fuel. These adjustments happen seamlessly in the background of your Red Alpha Tune allowing the user to be flexible with what fuel they utilize in their vehicle. This is an install it and forget it flex fuel system. The complete kit includes the Fuel-it Bluetooth module, ethanol sensor, and hardware.
