Job Mission:

Responsible for assembling finished products for the Kitting Department. The Kitting Department is responsible for the following:

 

Building and assembling kits

  • Receive items and build assembly ticket from Inventory Clerk
  • Check to make sure all items are included, and counts are accurate
  • Assemble, pack, seal, and labels products
  • Bring finished product to Inventory Clerk
  • Confers and corresponds with manager to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications
  • Performs inventory of equipment, raw material and fluids required for assembly
  • Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, processes, efficiency and service
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement
  • Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required

 

Quality Control

  • Assist with inspecting inventory upon receiving shipments
  • Measure dimensions on a random sample of each shipment to ensure components conform to our standards

Job Mission:
Responsible for helping maintain proper inventory levels, keeping inventory organized, and ensuring the flow of inventory is correct between departments. The inventory clerk is responsible for the following:
Distributing Inventory (~20 Hours/Week)
Work with Inventory Manager & Production Manager to ensure that both teams have the inventory required to complete assemblies
Work with Shop Manager to ensure parts used in custom builds are accurately accounted for
Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels (~15 Hours/Week):
Perform cycle counts every week
Perform a full physical inventory count once per year
Help keep raw material and finished good inventory organized
Receiving Inventory & QC (~5 Hours/Week)
Unpack and inspect received inventory for damage & accuracy
Check parts for quality
Document any issues and communicate them to the Purchasing Manager
Place Inventory into warehouse
Key Competencies:

Motorsports Technician Wanted

High Performance / Motorsport Technician

We are looking for a motivated and experienced full time motorsports technician. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, hardworking and have a deep understanding of high-performance combustion engines. Proficiency in the ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure all repairs and builds are completed to our highest standards. You must be a team player, and work well with others. Responsibilities

  • Technician will cater to the specific needs of each build order efficiently and accurately. This must be done within AMS/Alpha performance requirements.
  • The ideal technician candidate must be able to diagnose malfunctions, as well as perform the necessary repairs for them.
  • Mechanic will perform vehicle repairs within their current capability/skill level.
  • In depth examination of any vehicle under current supervision, to determine if any safety or service work is needed or recommended.
  • Clearly documents and records work that is performed on the repair order under his/her supervision.
  • Effectively communicate with the designated service manager or advisor when the above adjustments and additional work is needed.
  • Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician / service manager.
  • Ability to perform any additional related duties as required and assigned by service manager.
  • Attend race events 2-3x per year and support customer race cars

Qualifications or Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic
  • Advanced knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems
  • A valid driver’s license
